This section contains guidance and inspiration that will enable you to create the assets, applications and campaigns that bring our brands to life.
One of our most valuable assets is the intellectual property owned by AP+, including trademarks, logos, names and copyrighted works. AP+ dedicates resources to develop and protect intellectual property. In addition to seeking registration of trademarks, AP+ enforces its rights against people who misuse its intellectual property. Intellectual property owned by AP+ may only be used with the permission of one of the companies that forms part of AP+ . If you are unsure of your rights to use the intellectual property owned by AP+, please check in with us first at brand@auspayplus.com.au.
AP+ acknowledges the Gadigal People of the Eora nation as the Traditional Custodians of the lands on which we are based and pays our respects to Elders past, present and emerging.
